What do they do with Old road side Billboards?

What do they do with the old vinyl from roadside billboards when they are done with them and how can I get my hands on them???
I’m thinking of doing a big recycling art project with them. Help please!

contact clear chanel this is the big Sarck in this way of poluting the roads , they sale the adds by month so every first week they change them , the base of this company is Arizona and San Antonio call the Billboard Dept or go all the way to the son of the Bich of Mayers JR is the son and CEO , hope i help you and let me know how you use them , even more tell them that you will follow the tech tha change the vinil and that is for a school proyect make a fake school letter or ask for one to you art teacher , this big companies like to feel they help the envairomet. jajajajaja
